Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing our Premium unlock.

1. No-refund policy

sifmocktest.in sells access to digital exam-preparation content that is delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because the content becomes fully accessible to you the moment the payment is captured, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

You changed your mind after purchasing.
You did not use, or under-used, the mock tests.
You did not clear your NISM examination.
You purchased for the wrong certification / account.

2. Try before you buy

To help you decide, every certification includes 1 full mock test of 25 questions absolutely free with a registered account. Please attempt at least one free mock, review the questions and explanations, and confirm the site is right for you before purchasing.

3. Duplicate / accidental payments

In the rare event that you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us verifying the duplication. Please email us at support@sifmocktest.in with the Razorpay transaction IDs.

4. Failed payments

If your payment fails but money is deducted from your bank, Razorpay auto-refunds the amount to the source account within 5–7 business days as per RBI norms. No action is needed from our side. If you don't see the refund within 7 days, contact your bank first, then write to us with the transaction ID.

5. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with Razorpay. The corresponding account will be suspended.

6. Cancellation

There is no subscription or auto-renewal to cancel — Premium is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access on the purchasing account. You may delete your account at any time by writing to support@sifmocktest.in.
